Hope was born in Strelka Central to immigrant parents. At age 11, Hope was enrolled in the Strelka Police Force Academy and graduated at 18 as a Strelka Police Force Officer. She was assigned to the Downtown district and worked mostly in the station. Hope served under Stanley Fowler and her colleges included; Sidney Byrd, Seymour Pratt, and Jake Fowler.
