Javeed was born the first and only child of his parents. Javeed's father was murdered in a hate crime in 1980, when Javeed was 5 years old.

As a child, Javeed joined a local gang and eventually, as a teenager, became the gang's leader alongside his childhood friend James Fisher.

In 1996, Javeed lives with his mother but spends most of his time stalking around the streets of West Central with his gang.
