Leon was born the first child and only son of Ian Page Jr. and Heather Page. He was cared for by Noirian Nannie Mary Semple, although his father was also very involved in his parenting. Leon was pampered and adored by his father and soon became accustomed getting is own way.

At age 3, Leon began attending Southbridge Pre-Prep School and then at age 5 he progressed to Southbridge Prep School. At school, Leon met Amelia Spencer and the two became best friends.

Driven by his parents love for music, Leon was tutored in piano and gained a love for music himself. He later chose to play the guitar predominantly, at which point his tutoring followed suit.
Leon often fought with his younger sister, Phoebe Page, during their childhood and their relationship never softened.
At age 11, Leon progressed from Southbridge Prep School to Southbridge School. Although he had been attending school with almost everyone at Southbridge School prior, Leon struggled to make and keep friendships. He and Amelia (now going by 'Brett') remained friends and began spending time with Kevin Poole with the three of them eventually forming the band Hazard Warning together.

In their third year of Southbridge, Kevin left the school abruptly, leaving the band without a bassist. Leon played the bass for their records but, much to Leon's dismay, they had to resort to having their music teacher play bass for live shows.

As a teenager, Leon was give a monthly allowance of £1,500 to spend as he pleased and, as during his time at school he attempted to avoid work wherever possible, he used some of this money to achieve this goal. He paid his classmate, Ethan Stower, a small sum to complete homework on his behalf and paid a larger sum to his P.E. teacher Mr. Miller, to be allowed to sit out of lessons.
Towards the end of his time at Southbridge, Leon became friends with the remainder of the students in his year despite often butting heads with some of them in previous years. During this time, Leon would often host after-school gatherings at his house with his classmates where they would play video games in the winter and spend time by the pool in the summer.

Outside of school, Leon was occasionally convinced to accompany his father to play golf or engage in other outdoor activities but most often spent his time in his room writing music or playing video games.

After graduating from Southbridge School, Leon began studying Music and Music Production at City Central University. Despite not meeting the entry requirement grades, Leon was allowed admission due to the large donation that PAGE Ltd. made to the university.
However, Leon found himself butting heads with the other students on his course and his attendance started declining until he stopped attending classes all together. In addition to this, he also fell out with his childhood friend Brett. This led to a period of depression with Leon rarely leaving his university campus flat. Although he was eventually able to attend more of his course, Leon left City Central University having failed to receive his degree.

After leaving university, Leon spent his time pursuing a life of leisure, playing and writing music, attending gigs, and funding and producing films amongst other things until his father's retirement.
In 2014, after retiring early due to stress, Ian Page Jr. left the position of CEO of PAGE Ltd. to Leon. After taking up the position, Leon proceeded to make some big changes to PAGE Ltd. over a number of years. These changes included opening up employment and volunteer positions to Strelka as apposed to just Noirians and refusing to close stores on Black Day. Due to this, public opinion of PAGE Ltd. became increasingly split.
Despite the effect Leon had on PAGE Ltd, he spent as little time attending to the business as possible and delegated a lot of his responsibilities to allow him to continue pursing his interests as he had before becoming CEO. At a Backseat Overture afterparty, Leon met Andy, the vocalist of Backseat Overture, and the two of them began a dating shortly after. Going forward, Leon began funding Backseat Overture and then Andy's solo work when she split from the band.

In 2016, Leon announced that PAGE Ltd. would begin trading overseas, another decision that further split public opinion. In 2018, Leon and Andy where married during a three day event on the island owned by the Page family.
In the wake of Russell Charbonneau's rise to power, Leon reconnected with Brett and in 2021 the two of them were married before leaving The City, for the South-East of England.
